The World's best homemade Pizza Recipe!

Yes, there is one. The Original Pizza Hut Pan Pizza Recipe was found today by my mom, and boy am I glad she did! It's SPLENDID! Well, I might as well stop my chattering and get on with it, and GIVE you the recipe and you can try it for yourself, eh?

1 1/3 cups Warn water (105F)
1/4 cup Non-fat dry milk
1/2 teas. Salt.
4 cups Flour
1 Tbls. Sugar
1pk. Dry yeast
2 Tbls. Vegetable oil (for dough)
9 Oz. Vegetable oil (3 oz. per pan)
Butter flavored Pam

Put yeast, sugar, salt, and dry milk in a large (2 pt.) bowl. Add water and stir to mix well. Allow to sit for two minutes. Add oil and stir again. Add flour and stir until dough forms and flour is absorbed. Turn out on to a flat surface and knead for about 10 minutes.

Divide dough into three balls. In three 9" cake pans, put 3 Oz. of oil in each making sure it is spread evenly. Using a rolling pin, roll out each dough ball to about a 9" circle. Place in cake pans. Spray the outer edge of the dough with Pam. Cover with a plate. Place in warn area and allow to rise for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Sauce:
1 8 Ounce Can Tomato Sauce
1 Teaspoon Dry Oregano
1/2 Teaspoon Marjoram
1/2 Teaspoon Dry Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic salt

Combine and let sit for 1 hour.

For each Nine inch pizza:
1. Preheat oven to 475F
2. spoon 1/3 cup sauce on dough and spread to within 1" of the edge.
3. Distribute 1 1/2 Oz. shredded mozzarella cheese on sause
4. Place toppings of your choice in this order:
Pepperoni or Ham
Veggies
Meats
5. Top with 3Oz. mozzarella cheese
6. Cook until cheese is bubbling and outer crust is brown. (approx. 15min)

That's it. I hand-typed that from the recipe, so anything that's strange (i.e. spelling) is not mine! Enjoy.

A new movie in the making!

I am really excited about this! I ordered my new camera, the Canon FS-100, and plan on starting my new movie this week. I've been planning this for a long time, I got the storyline and storyboard all set, and hope it turns out awesomely. I will post updates, don't worry! It'll be a GodTube hit, I hope. Several people know I am working on this on GodTube, and might help get it popular. Not to many people in real life know yet, but once I get it up, share it with your friends.

The movie is going to be called LOVE IS PIZZA (I made up that title :D) and is going to be funny, with my own humor added. Not overloaded with humor, I hav to practice a mix of emotions: complete awe, disappointment, worry, and happyness. It'll be a lot differant from my other movies, and I look foward to the day I can start filming!

I received this in an E-mail chain today, and I have to say that this is an incredible story. Read it yourself:

This one should keep us all thinking.

This is a true story of something that happened just a few years ago at USC.

There was a professor of philosophy there who was a deeply committed atheist.
His primary goal for one required class was to spend the entire semester to prove that God couldn't exist.

His students were always afraid to argue with him because of his impeccable logic.
Sure, some had argued in class at times, but no one had ever really gone against him because of his reputation.

At the end of every semester on the last day, he would say to his class of 300 students, "If there is anyone here who still believes in Jesus, stand up!"

In twenty years, no one had ever stood up. They knew what he was going to do next. He would say, "Because anyone who believes in God is a fool".

If God existed, he could stop this piece of chalk from hitting the ground and breaking. Such a simple task to prove that He is God, and yet He can't do it."

And every year, he would drop the chalk onto the tile floor of the classroom and it would shatter into a hundred pieces.

All of the students would do nothing but stop and stare.

Most of the students thought that God couldn't exist. Certainly, a number of Christians had slipped through, but! for 20 years, they had been too afraid to stand up.

Well, a few years ago there was a freshman who happened to enroll.

He was a Christian, and had heard the stories about his professor
He was required to take the class for his major, and he was afraid. But for three months that semester, he prayed every morning that he would have the courage to stand up no matter what the professor said, or what the class thought.

Nothing they said could ever shatter his faith...he hoped.

Finally, the day came. ! The professor said, "If there is anyone here who still believes in God, stand up!" The professor and the class of 300 people looked at him, shocked, as he stood up at the back of the classroom.

The professor shouted, "You FOOL!!!
If God existed, he would keep this piece of chalk from breaking when it hit the ground!"
He proceeded to drop the chalk, but as he did, it slipped out of his fingers, off his shirt cuff, onto the pleat of his pants, down his leg, and off his shoe. As it hit the ground, it simply rolled away unbroken. The professor's jaw dropped as he stared at the chalk. He looked up at the young man, and then ran out of the lecture hall.

The young man who had stood, proceeded to walk to the front of the room and shared his faith in Jesus for the next half hour. 300 students stayed and listened as he told of God's love for them and of His power through Jesus.

I love the part about the chalk =D but overall, this is a great story. At the end of the e-mail, it said this:

You have 2 choices:

1. Delete this and never look at it again.

2. Pass this along to your Christian and non-Christian friends, giving them encouragement we all need every day.

When you choose option 2, you have chosen to STAND UP.

Well, I don't know anyone who has an E-mail that I can E-mail who doesn't already have it, and I don't like the first choice, so I decided to post it here. If you want, I'll E-mail you the full thing (there were some questions and stuff I didn't post because of the size) and let you E-mail this to everyone you know. Just post it in the comments.

I had a good basketball game today. Me against my sister and her 2 friends and I won 5-3. It started out with my sister and her friend, I was losing, and someone else came in, and it was weird. But I won.

The past two nights were annoying with a dozen kids wondering around screaming, talking, playing basketball, and setting off fire crackers and fire works. Yes, really. I can not wait for school to start up for them LOL

The History of Pizza

It has been said that pizza was created in India. It's also been said it's been around since the 19th century. But, what if they are wrong? I've always thought that pizza could have been around since the medieval times, maybe even longer; it's just bread, cheese, and tomatoes: those things have been around for thousands of years.

I read this one website that says:

At the height of the Persian Empire, it is said that the soldiers of Darius the Great (521-486 B.C.), accustomed to lengthy marches, baked a kind of bread flat upon their shields and then covered it with cheese and dates.

Yes, ever the 6th century B.C. pizza has exists. I am so happy when I read that. :)

Lately I've been into audio mixing and playing the guitar. I hope to learn both real well, and make my own sound tracks. I have, uh, like 4 music programs, and my favorite is Cakewalk music studio. It's pretty professional, and I got it for my 13th birthday, I think. It came with the other 3 music programs and a movie editing program from eBay. Gotta love eBay.

Speaking of eBay, I love to browse for cars on that website. By clicking here you can see some of the amazing cars, trucks, and minivan's I've seen on eBay.

Day Dreaming

Last night, on the couch, I sort of drifted off, not sleeping, but I got lost in my thoughts. I came back to reality when I saw my mom staring at me very weirdly.

I guess you can call it day dreaming, or in this case, evening dreaming =) it's like sleeping, you don't remember when/how it happened, and you can remember the things you think about (because you think about them :D) contrary to you remember your dreams. It's cool.... but it's bad if your mowing and you wake up the insistent before you crash into a tree (not that it's ever happened to me or any thing).

Well, while I was mowing my grandma's house, my dad went to the to get the blazer inspected, and my dad and my uncle (who owns the garage) rigged a new third brake light to use for now, since a replacement for the stock 3rd brake light is around $200. It is funny looking (IMO), but I'll deal with it :D

I don't know why, but everytime my sister and me try to make a movie, we fight. EVERYTIME. This time it was really bad.

See? Sisters (Even little ones) are bullies. So, take my advice: If you are getting into a fight with your sister, GIVE UP AND WALK AWAY! It's not worth it.

They are Amazing! Cheap too. $2.50 for one scoop. I had a 3 scoop of course. There was so much packed in there the top wouldn't fit on! It was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good. It wasn't even $5!

I figured I'd post another post for ya all. This time it is about a game Stupid Poodles and I play all the time, Lore: Invasion. What used to be a free demo, is now totally free. Yes, it is a mech game, but not as mech as Lore: After math. It is also free online multiplayer, just get an account (name/pass/email) and you can play! Also get an account on darkhorizons-lore.com and connect your game account to the website and keep track of your stats (kills, deaths, etc). I am REKEDENS, and by clicking that link you can see my stats.

If you want to play against Stupid Poodle and me, just logon around 3:00 PM EST. We go on the SkunkWorks Mod Server, and if not that, the ALL MAPS server. Sometimes we are late, but in the multiplayetr lobby there is a link of all users logged on, we should be in that list if we are playing.

Our Third light on the Chevy Blazer died a while ago, and We can't get it inspected this week without it, and it can easily cost $500; It's a L.E.D. light. It stinks. And we had to rip off the spoiler *cries* Oh... my lovely spoiler. ;-) here is a picture.

No, please, don't! Just wanted a fancy title that would attract you and want to make you read more! Well, actually, I did make this cool Kick me T-shirt, feel free to buy it :D Actually I made lots of stuff you can but from Christian merch to Simon the Bear stuff, even nature and cartoon stuff. Of course, my favorite one, The Humorous stuff!!! Ah.... yeah.

Anyway, school isn't so bad... yet. I am behind already, but it's mostly reading. I keep reading the wrong stuff and don't know it until the middle or end!!!

Anyone like Lamborghinis? I do. I have a giant poster above my desk of a lime green Murcielage (say that!) with huge custom black wheels. Oh, and I also know someone with a yellow Diablo. It's Wicked Awesome! Man, I saw it twice, once up close and personal and once on the road. Woohoo!

Parade, Fireworks, and school...

So, the 5th of July went by, and it was a GREAT day. The parade was awesome (the car part anyway) and people tried to drive down the road while the parade was in motion. :'D

This was the first time in 15 years I saw fireworks without closing my ears! And I got some awesome pictures and videos. I will upload them also.

And I started school also. :( thus ends my freedom :)

Thunder Storms

Right, so I wake up Sunday mourning, get dressed into by clothes I've been wearing since Wednesday, and plop down the stairs. I say high to my dad who's in the kitchen reading old newspapers. After I talk with him for a few minutes, I walk out into the living room and I see a HUGE flash. I was like..... WHAT? Then before I knew it, CRACK! BOOM! I pretty much jumped off of the floor! That was the loudest thunder crack I've heard all year, and probably all of last year. And the flash was so weird, not like it normally is when lighting flashes, its like it flashed right outside the window!

I saw another flash later, closed my ears, and the book was not as bad. That was it, one more rumble later and the sun came out.

It got worse last night/this mourning. I woke to a CRACK again that was as loud as the one this mourning. I had my ears closed for like 1 and a half hours, though there weren't many more loud ones. But the lighting was like FLASH! Flash. flash FLASH FLASH over and over, i probably could have walked around my room only using the light from the lighting. It was going on and on and on, never stopping. Some of them light up my whole room. I could close my eyes and see it. The thunder was slow.... here and there, but the lighting was, well, you get the point.

I finally went back to sleep, which is good. Pretty fast also. Came down to see my mom pouring M & M's into a bowl of Granola Bars. Yum! lol.

Bear Crossing

Yesterday my dad took me to my grandmas house to mow (I mow her yard). At least it was under 80 degrees, if I went a day earlier, it would have been over 100 degrees! That took a few hours, and on the way home, my dad was telling me how this was the worst time of night to drive, even worse than dark, because with all the shadows it was hard to see animals dashing out of the woods.
About 5 minutes from home, this huge black bear ran out of someones driveway, across the road, and into the woods. It was so unexpected and humorous!! I just about laughed all the way home.

First off, I saw Prince Caspian on the 30th of June, ... er, May. Man IT WAS SO AWESOMEFULNESS! I loved it so much... I've never seen a better movie in over 2 years!

I also picked up Disciples album SCARS REMAIN from a christian bookstore. That is also pure awesome.

Now, about the title of this blog post, Strangers. This random thought popped into my head. Why do they call Unknown people Strangers? I mean, when you come down to it, the word is make up of STRANGE and ERS. Yes, STRANGE! In that sense I am a Stranger, because I am very strange.

I got my graphic card from tiger direct today. IT was shipped YESTERDAY for crying out loud, talk about fast shipping. And shipping was $4!

So, today I wasted 2 hours of my life working on my first major Photoshop project. Maybe I didn't "waste" my life away, because I am very proud of it! I am also working to make my very first video game! Not alone, mind you, there are some others helping me out on this, but it will be a RPG style game. Not World of Warcraft style (the super detailed kind), but more along the lines of FATE and ZELDA.

I also am going to think about buying a video card. It's quite a task, thinking and all, but in the end it's worth the efford :-)

It seems you never have the money you need to buy what you need to buy! LOL It's true. I need a graphics card, RAM, and a microphone for my computer. I have the money to buy a graphics card, or the RAM + Mic, but I need the graphics card more!! I can't decide!!! ARG! I better get a job right ;-)

I got Firefox 3RC today! It's not official, but it's awesome! I can't believe people don't like Firefox and use the old generation of internet browsers: IE! LOL No offense IE users, it's too true. Now I have to convince my parents to use Firefox.... ROTFL.

I found this new cool game on Saturday. It's called DreamLords. It's a MMO (Massive Multiplater Online), its sort of like Age of Empires, but better. It's in BETA/ALPHA Stages, and I heard you can't play it until they send out invites. I'll see if this is true at around 3PM today, and I'll edit this post.

It looks REALLY cool, trust me. I can't wait to see if I can play it. My Nickname is Giarc Rekedens (see any connection with my name? If so Post it). If you see me, say high!! LOL.

Things I've been waiting for...

So, there are two things I've been waiting for, one for all my life, and one for a month. Both are coming in October.

#1: I am turning 16 in OCT, on the 16th. and I will be able to drive! I've really been waiting all my life. I drove once before, a few years back, and it was a little creepy, lol.

#2: The rally race is coming OCT 31th. I CAN'T WAIT! Last time I had a cheapy camera from wal-mart, one of those disposable ones. This time I wll be prepared with a Camera/Camcorder, if not both (I hope one of each).

So... Those are the two things I've been waiting for.

New Favorite band!

I have a new band that I love so much, they are called Omega! They are rock, but not super fast rock, more of a Stellar Kart kind of band. They have 3 downloads on their purevolume that you must download. The songs are titled Everything About You, You are the One, and Here I am to Worship.

They really put a new twist on Here I am to Worship. It's nothing like you'd sing in church, but its not heavy rock with screaming. It's nice slow music with a guitar solo in the middle. Download the songs, you don't regret it!

Well, I'm sure you'll be glad to hear that my cut is healing! It sure was hard to type with that bandaid on!

Well, I am also saving some $$$ for a video camera. I haven't decided yet which one to buy, but I need a cheap one. And I need one bad! If you know where I can get a camera under $300 with a LCD screen, mic, viewfinder (that movies), and the capability to get the footage in my PC, please post!

Today as I was grating Soap for my mom, heaven knows why (LOL), my hand slipped and I cut myself on the grater. The sharp edge created a hole in my thumb, right under the finger nail. It didn't hurt all, which was surprising, but it seemed like it did not want to stop bleeding. It was about 10 minutes before my mom put some weird gloppy stuff on a bandaid and stuck it over my cut. Thankfully it stopped bleeding, because if it did not, I'd be afraid I would bleed to death!

My favorite band, RED, is making a new ablum! I can't wait! They are also going to make a music video for their song "Already Over". It's a awesome song!

Lately I've been obsessed with Rally Racing! I found out that in October, starting on the 31st, the rally race is coming to Monticello in NY. Its quite a ways from where I live, but not so far that we can't go! WOOHOO! I can't wait I can't wait I can't wait I can't wait. :D

Writting Contest

I am entering a writing contest. The age group has to be for 5-9, and I'm not that good at younger age writings. Well, I'm not that good at all :D

Right now, my story is called "The Stolen Cookie" and it about a kid who gets a cookie and it disappears. He and his friend go on a quest to find it, and in the end, he finds out he actually ate it. A silly story line, I KNOW! LOL but if you have any ideas, please say so! thanks.

Their rebate center is full of items under $10, and there are some very interesting items, like the white boring keyboard for $.99.

I love music a lot! There are so many bands I like I can't even count them! My favorites are RED and Disciple. I also like Daniel Doss Band, Nonetheless, Lost Ocean, Krystal Myers, Hyper Static Union, Last Tuesday, Monday Mourning, Mourning September, Foolish Things, Children 18:3, and Fireflight.

Don't Judge a book by it's cover

I was just thinking now, about the saying "Don't judge a book by it's cover", well, it's not always true. Sure, a lot of books are wonderful, awesome even, but their covers aren't all that attracting, but book covers a lot of times tell whats in the book, and if the cover is, or example, includes giant monster bugs, then I'd never pick up the book, because I hate bugs, and if the cover has them, the book must. Those thoughts just popped into my mind a while back, and I thought I'd post them here. :D

Can you keep your eyes open for 41 seconds? I did last night. I would have longer, but my eyes blinked automatically. It's fun to see how long you can do something like that :D

Well, it's getting warmer here in New York. Yesterday was a wonderful day to play basketball and sword fight. Yeah, I sword fight with my sister. No, not with real swords. HA! We'd be dead we hit each other so many times. That's really the point. If I hit her three times, I win, Visa versa. Right now we use random sticks we found in the little poison ivy patch. LOL it's like a tiny (very tiny) forest outside our backyard. There is poison ivy there, but we have rocks covering it, plus we use weed killer on it.

Research Paper

I'm writing a research paper, its on the history of rally racing. (Haha, no, its not on pizza!). I'm pretty much doing a first draft right now, but I still have to research. I love rally racing. I've seen it twice in my town, almost got run over by a rally once (LOL. it wasn't that close, but if i tripped... well, I need not say more). But back then i wasn't into it as much as I am now.

It's a rainy day out today. I hate rainy days. It's boring and gray. I like the warm, but not hot days, and play basketball, maybe sword fight with my sister, or play tennis, which I don't like to much because the ball always goes under the fence and we have to run out and get it, just to do it again!!!

Let's talk about pizza for a second. I LOVE it, as you might already know. It's heavenly. I hope Heaven has pizza! That would rock! My favorite pizza is from Pizzahut. My second fav is homemade. Then comes any other kind of pizza without fish or vegges on it. LOL.

I'm also working on a new movie, based on this real life funny story:

Police in Radnor, Pa., interrogated a suspect by placing a metal colander on his head and connecting it with wires to a photocopy machine. The message "He's lying" was placed in the copier, and police pressed the copy button each time they thought the suspect wasn't telling the truth. & Believing the "lie detector" was working, the suspect confessed.

Can you imagine what my video will be about?

Whats new over here? Well, lots I guess. I am playing a sweet new game called Colin Mcrae Rally 2005. WOW! It is awesome. I recorded 2 videos for you to see.

It is a cool game. The crash detail is crazy. I've had my hood, fenders, and bumpers fly off, all the glass break, and the paint scratch, and even a dented body (car body that is).

3D Toon Car

Alright, so I own this program called Blender, a free 3d software. Don't go thinking "Oh, I can get a free 3d program and I'll make the coolest things in the world!!!", because it is hard to use, but with practice (and tons of it), this little program is as good as any other 3d software you can find. I made a car today. It took me ALL day, and I did follow a tutorial. How do you like it?

Other than taking me all day, going though a million changes, having Blender crash a few times, I had an Awesome time! I have been using blender for a few months (on and off) between working on web design. Some people get this good in a few weeks. Most of my help came from blenderartists.org If you are planning on using Blender, I'd sign up. My screen name there is JESUSFRK14, if you ever see me.

Ok, so I like dragons. I mean, I LIKE DRAGONS! I have dragon posters and books. My favorite books are Dragon in our midst. Thats an AWESOME series!!!
